Any alterations to the original design shown in the sample must be clearly described, otherwise we will create your design as we interpret your instructions. Free Next Day shipping on our vinyl backdrops 8 feet & smaller. 2-5 business days for shipping of all other products including polyester backdrops that are over 8 feet in size. Customized products cannot be returned. By submitting your text in the personalization section you agree to this statement. MATERIAL FAQ Vinyl Backdrop: This option processes & ships fast! Waterproof & durable use them outdoors & indoors. Backdrops larger than 96 inches on the shortest dimension will be folded when packaged. If smaller than 96 inches on the shortest dimension it will be rolled when packaged. To eliminate creases, a couple of days before displaying, leave outdoors in the sun so the vinyl can warm up & smooth out. Other heat methods such as an iron or hairdryer can be used, but scorching can occur so it’s not recommended. Use a backdrop stand to display. Polyester Tapestry: 100% polyester, wrinkle-resistant, & printed using a superior quality dye sublimation process. Machine wash with cold water on a gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry. Wrinkles or creases can be eliminated with a hand steamer. Do NOT bleach, tumble dry, or iron. Shipped flat & folded. Finish options include pole pockets, grommets or a hem. Use a backdrop stand to display. WHICH MATERIAL TO CHOOSE? Print quality is excellent with both the polyester & the vinyl, however, the material itself will differ greatly between the two.
