The inspiring thick molded corpus is nicely detailed & securely pegged to the cross. It is reverent & traditional & offers a compelling depiction of the crucified Christ with a dramatic, expressive face & a captivating, realistic body. The heavy cross has a simple beveled edge & arms that are slightly flared tips. Behind Christ’s head is an open nimbus with four arrows that radiate outward from the center. in Christian iconography the “arrows” of God symbolize faith, hope, love, these three but the greatest of these is love This timeless & reverent metal crucifix is ready to grace your home. Except for the stray spots of corrosion, the crucifix is in Very Good vintage condition & retains a very nice patina. Measures 19 3/4″ tall x 10″ wide & extends about 2 1/4″ high from the wall when hung.
