Envy happens when we take our eye off the ball for what we are grateful for. When we stop looking at all the good in our lives, envy appears. Envy is like a bad weed in a garden. If left unchecked, it will grow and destroy the good. Envy will compromise relationships.
We need to shift from envy to gratitude.
Gratitude is a thankful appreciation for what we receive or what we already have, whether tangible or intangible. Gratitude can improve your health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.
